Artist​​

Krystal is a Hairstylist and Makeup Artist mainly serving the DC, MD, & VA area. To her, hairstyling and makeup are forms of artistry and she loves working with people to make them feel their best, whether it be for the camera, or an event. She offers styling for all hair types, all skin colors, men, women, and children, creating looks that are classic and natural. Or a little fun when the occasion calls for it!

 

She consistently works on photoshoots, live media, film, and commercial sets. Some of the assignments include many women from the Fortune 500 Women's List, Political Nominees/Candidates/Incumbents, Sports Professionals/Commentators, New York Times Best Selling Authors, Award winning Science and Technology professionals,  Law Firm/Corporate professionals and more.

Krystal is honored that she has worked on countless weddings, regularly styling brides and their bridal parties. She's currently apart of a prestige team, Poetically Brushed, for all bridal work.

Lastly she has been an independent stylist, cutting and coloring hair in historic downtown Frederick MD, at Studio 509. She attended school and earned her license just around the corner from the studio, at The Temple, A Paul Mitchell Partner School, in 2013 & 2014.

When not working, she spends time with family, friends, biking, hiking, running, swimming, lifting, and dancing:)
